  • Products: We sell original artworks, limited edition prints, and workshop registrations.

  • Pricing: Prices are listed in USD (unless otherwise stated) and may change without notice.

  • Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via trusted third-party payment providers. We do not store your payment details.

  • Taxes & Duties: Customers are responsible for any applicable local taxes, customs fees, or import duties.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Shipping times vary based on location and product type.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.

  • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Original Artworks & Limited Edition Prints: All sales are final unless the product arrives damaged or defective.

  • Workshops: Refunds are available up to 14 days before the event date. After that, no refunds will be issued.

  • To request a refund or exchange, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account on the Site:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • You agree to notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:
