How do I return?

  1. Visit our returns center

  2. Enter your order number and email address to start

  3. Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return

Once your request is approved, you will get a confirmation email with shipping guidelines

Return Window

Within 30 days from the date of purchase

  • In resellable condition

  • In the original packaging with all the tags intact

What items are non-refundable?

  • Gift cards

  • Custom commissions

  • Personalized artworks

  • Digital downloads (if applicable)

  • Limited edition pieces marked as non-returnable

  • Discounted items (if applicable)

What are the refund options?

  • 50% of the purchase price will be refunded to the original payment method.

  • 50% of the purchase price will be issued as store credit, valid for future purchases on SantiagoPerez.art.

  • Store credit has a six-month expiration.

Shipping & Handling
Customers are responsible for:

  • All return shipping costs.

  • Proper packaging to avoid damage during return transit.

  • Obtaining tracking and insurance for valuable pieces is highly recommended.

Damages & Deductions

  • If returned artwork is received damaged (beyond normal shipping wear), repair or depreciation costs will be deducted from the refundable amount.

  • Severe damage or evidence of misuse may void the return eligibility entirely.

Restocking Fee:

There is restocking fee of 10% to cover handling costs on returns for products costing under 2,000 USD.


The item I received is damaged!

If the purchased product is faulty, reach out to us within 7 days of the delivered date.

How do I ship back the items?

For instructions on how to ship the returned products, refer to the email received after placing the return request.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your returned item is received and inspected, you will be notified via an email. You will also be informed about the approval or rejection of your refund request. If approved, the refund request will be processed within 5 - 7 working days after approval.
